Employee of the Month (EOM) and Leader of the Quarter (LOQ) Nomination Guidelines
- All full-time and part-time CareWell Health employees are eligible to be recognized as Employee of the Month
- All full-time and part-time CareWell Health Supervisors and Above are eligible to be recognized as Leader of the Quarter
- Nominations for LOQ can come from any employee the 1st through the 15th day of each month
- Employee Engagement Committee will select each LOQ based upon nominations
- All full-time Managers and above are eligible to be recognized as Leader of the Month
- Criteria will include, but are not limited to, performance above and beyond the employee’s required job duties, attendance, punctuality, being a team player, displaying a positive attitude in the workplace
Each EOM and LOQ awardee also receives a nomination as candidate for Employee of the Year and Leader of the Year!
