Comprehensive Women's health services which include in-suite diagnostics. Professionalism and quality is at the forefront of our service. Our board-certified physicians, physician's assistant and practitioners specialize in women's health and have been practicing for over two decades. Our personnel have a deep understanding of the specific health care needs of women and their experience is demonstrated in the care we deliver. WHC are dedicated to treating every patient we serve with respect in addition to providing patient-centered and compassionate experiences.

Dr. Amir Friedman

Board-Certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist

A board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist with over 25 years of experience, this practitioner provides compassionate, evidence-based care for women at every stage of life. After training at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and completing a residency at the Bridgeport Yale-New Haven program, advanced skills were developed in both traditional and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

In addition to maintaining an independent practice with a surgical focus on fibroid management, time is dedicated to medical education as a volunteer faculty at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. With a background in molecular and clinical research and numerous peer-reviewed publications, a unique level of scientific rigor is brought to the treatment of conditions such as endometriosis, postmenopausal bleeding, and abnormal pap smears. Every treatment plan is individualized, emphasizing thoughtful communication and a patient-centered philosophy.
